X-Men

When I found this book I wanted to read it so bad! And at the same time, I never wanted to read it at all.

X-Men is one of my favourite movies, and I have other examples when the book is so much better than the movie, that the movie is actually crap. And I didn't want to risk it.

But finally I decided that I want to take the risk. It is actually a book based on a movie, not the other way around.

Mutations have occurred in humans. Those humans that will mutate will experience the mutation in their teens, together with a strong emotional feeling. In the beginning of the book we will follow a few mutants when they get their powers, these mutantsI do not have any memory of the mutant which name used to be Ororo, nevertheless it was nice to know her story as well. 
will be among the main characters in the book. Even if the book follows the movie,

A war is coming, Between mutants and humans. A senator, Robert Kelly, wants all the mutants to register, to register their existent and their powers. Understandable the mutants are against that, because that will mean they will be exposed. Some mutants, like Magneto, believe there is a war coming, that the mutants are the new race. Others, like Charles Xavier, believe in a peaceful solution, where mutants and humans can live together.

Magneto has a plan, and he has figured out how to bring his plan to action. He only need one other mutant. Xavier has been following one of Magnetos helpers to figure out who Magneto wants, and from that Wolverine and Rouge are brought back to the Xaviers school for gifted children. But yet they do not understand what Magneto wants with Wolverine. But with all the thinking, they end up getting it all wrong. And when they figure it out, it is already too late, they have to work fast to save humanity and their fellow mutant,

As I already said, I love the movie! And reading this book it only made me want to watch the movie again, so I have to say, great book! As I read I see the movie playing in my head, but still, I want to also watch it on screen. I have to start looking if the other X-men movies are found as books as well.
